Guitar & Vocals

I started off playing lead & rhythm guitar at the early age of 14, getting together with friends at youth clubs.  I soon formed a band, I then moved on to play bass guitar & have played in bands over 50 years.  My early influences were country, The Everly bro"s, Johny cash, hank williams etc.  After them came the Beatles, Eagles, who, hollies, stones.

My first real band was a country outfit, The Tennessee Travelers, moving onto the 60"s sound with Muller, Town Council, Shaft, 3 on ice.

I have been on shows  such as Opportunity knocks and New Faces.  I have backed bands on Hastings Pier such as  The Stones, Easy Beats, Swinging Blue Jeans, Manfred Mann, & many more.

I then went on tour in the 70"s ending up in Exeter, Devon were i met my 2nd wife and thats were I stayed playing with some of the South West"s top bands.  After moving  back to East Sussex 3 years ago and single,  I joined a band Called Peak Outfit from  Hastings.

I then moved onto an originals band Playing eclectic music, ie Arabic, South American influenced but there were very few gigs, so i decided to form a band playing The Eagles & Beatles music which is were i met Adrian, lead guitar and his mate Steve the  drummer.  We then needed a keyboard player that could also play guitar and sing which is where I met Andy (JA Tinkler) Driver, ...

Now we have our new Drummer James, the band is going from strength to strength.

Adrian Hillman

Guitar & Vocals

Adrian has played with many bands in all kinds of genre, from folk to heavy rock! Song writing featured for some years along side many happy hours in recording studios.

He has also had a career playing guitar in many musicals inc' Chess, Grease, Jesus Christ Superstar & Fiddler on the roof. Being very influenced by the Beatles & the close harmonies of the Eagles, the forming of the Beagles band was always a natural follow on.

Andy Driver

Keys, Guitar & Vocals

Andy has been playing and singing for over 25 years, both solo and in bands.

He started to learn piano at the age of three and the guitar at eight years of age.  Being classically trained he grew up listening to an ecletic mix of music from classical, jazz, soul, rock, blues etc..

I first played bass as a teenager when we started a band “Raucous Dorcas” at school. Three of us played guitar, so one of us had to switch to bass – a decision I never regretted, having discovered that holding down the low end is actually the coolest job in any band! I carried on playing at university, but after that the music took a back seat to the day job, raising a family etc.

Fast forward to the early 2000s when we moved to Cardiff and I decided it was time to start playing again. Our band “Route One” played classic rock to wonderful audiences in the pubs and clubs of South Wales – happy days indeed. After moving back to Sussex in 2007 I played with several bands in Kent and Sussex (the Clintstones, GlamRUs, Super Seventies) covering a wide range of material from classic rock, to glam, to punk … What I love most is the pop and rock music of my youth, the sixties and seventies, so it was fantastic to be accepted by The Beagles, covering some awesome songs mainly from that era.
